had the pleasure of speaking with one of your service representatives
today to resolve a returned check matter for my mortgage. I wanted to
let you know how helpful, attentive, and courteous she was in handling
the matter. She had to place me on hold for a period of time and
actually returned to me several times to make sure that I didn’t think
that she had forgotten me. She did her research and was able to figure
out and explain to me what had transpired with my mortgage company
returning a check which should have been applied to my principal.
The lender thought it was a partial payment of May’s 2006 mortgage
payment and returned to me. Their letter didn’t even explain why it was
being returned but the NBA rep figured it out and was able to clarify
the situation with me. She also explained how I should resolve it and
helped me compose a letter that I will send the lender with the original
check your company issued.
